Year A, Nineteenth Sunday After Pentecost (Sunday October 8, 2023)
Description
When will we understand that God is enough for us? This week’s readings call us to those uneasy conversations in which we come to realise that the trappings and trimmings are not who we are or what we ultimately need. Instead we are called to release those things and risk resting in the hands of God. Join Mark B and Mark G for this week’s conversations on Between 2 Sundays. (The readings for Eighteenth Sunday after Pentecost are: Exodus 20:1-4, 7-9, 12-20 • Philippians 3:4b-14 • Matthew 21:33-46)
