Year A, Sixth Sunday After Pentecost (Sunday July 9, 2023)
Description
This week we continue in Genesis and consider what happens when we leave things up to God; try and follow Paul’s logic in what he does and what he doesn’t to do; and sit with tax collectors and sinners, eating and drinking just like Jesus did. What does this all have to do with our lives and ministry for God? Join Mark B and Mark G as they chew on these ideas in this week’s Between 2 Sundays. (The readings for Sixth Sunday after Pentecost are: Genesis 24:34-38, 42-49, 58-67 and Psalm 45:10-17 or Song of Solomon 2:8-13 • Romans 7:15-25a • Matthew 11:16-19, 25-30)
