Year A, Ninth Sunday After Pentecost (Sunday July 30, 2023)
Description
When the deceiver gets deceived and yet God still works through it all, and when the small seed can grow enough to allow all the birds to rest, and when the yeast becomes alive and does its thing, and when nets catch all the fish, and when the old and the new are held together: THEN we can still give thanks to God, realising that NOTHING can separate us from God’s love. An enriching, deep, and full episode of Between 2 Sundays this week. Hope you’ll join us. (The readings for Ninth Sunday after Pentecost are: Genesis 29:15-28 and Psalm 105:1-11, 45b • Romans 8:26-39 • Matthew 13:31-33, 44-52)
