When we take the time to balance Earth in ourselves, we find that we become more grounded in the present moment and able to tackle difficult situations from a calm, strong place.
Using the tone C, can help you balance the frequency and resonance of earth in the body. C is a grounding tone and brings the body and mind to a place of safety and security. Humming the C tone when you have anxiety or fear will bring a sense of calm to the nervous system temporarily.
There are many foods that can be incorporated into your diet to balance the Earth in your system. Earthy, rich flavors always carry the frequency of Earth within them. Earth element foods can be mushrooms, root vegetables, celery, millet, corn, carrots, cabbage, garbanzo beans, soybeans, squash, potatoes, string beans, yams, tofu, sweet potatoes, sweet rice, peas, hazelnuts, peaches, apples, and cantaloupe.
