This is the first of my weekly series that invites you to take just a few minutes for yourself to focus on your breath, brain, and body. An affirmation is a statement that is said as if it has already come true and assists in creating positive beliefs about ourselves. Today's affirmation: "I trust the pace of my healing journey."
