13年演藝路上，她拍過無數戲劇與廣告，活躍於台灣與中國兩地。

而如今的她，用古老的東方智慧，溫柔地陪伴每一位正在迷惘、在人生交叉口猶豫的人。



她也是南懷瑾書院的特聘講師，投入易經推廣，希望用年輕人能理解的語言，讓古老智慧重回日常。

She is an actress—and a teacher.



With 13 years of experience in the entertainment industry, she has appeared in countless dramas and commercials, active across both Taiwan and China.

Today, she walks a parallel path—using the ancient wisdom of the East to gently accompany those who are lost or standing at the crossroads of life.



She is also a distinguished lecturer at the Nan Huaijin Institute, devoted to modernizing and sharing the I Ching. Her mission: to translate this profound knowledge into a language today’s generation can understand, bringing ancient insights back into everyday life.
