I had something super unfortunate happen to me a few weeks ago...I significantly bulged a disc in my low back.
I like many of you guys was frustrated in pain and not sure where to go from here. I couldn't bend forward, couldn't stand up straight, and legit couldn't comfortably sit in a chair. Not to mention I couldn't even work out.
I had 2 options whine about it or do something about it. So what did I do? I went from difficulty standing without pain to deadlifting kettlebells from the floor pain free in a weeks time.
Thats the difference for many of you...you play the wait and see approach and that just slows down your progress.
in todays episode I dive into how I got rid of my back pain, changed my mindset, and became determined to never allow this to happen to me again.
I cover everything I used in my rehab and some of the other common things I use with patients who have low back pain.

In todays episode we chat about disc bulges versus herniations, how to avoid surgery, and some of the new technology like VR in the operating room to help improve patient outcomes.
