When I was on the road, I did an impromptu workout. Literally no excuse. 3 rounds: jumping jacks (45 seconds) burpees(no pushup) (30 seconds) russian twists (35seconds) 3 rounds: Mountain Climbers (45 seconds) Sprint in place (45 seconds) Squat jumps (30 seconds) pushups (30 seconds)

Boy, I am sick as a a dog. (which why is that even a saying?). I have been sick for a week now, and it has derailed my plans for getting back to the gym!
I had the amazing opportunity to give a presentation at the NC Shape Convention this year. Though I had to record prior to the event, it was a great time interacting with people.
