Description
When I was on the road, I did an impromptu workout. Literally no excuse.
3 rounds:
jumping jacks (45 seconds)
burpees(no pushup) (30 seconds)
russian twists (35seconds)
3 rounds:
Mountain Climbers (45 seconds)
Sprint in place (45 seconds)
Squat jumps (30 seconds)
pushups (30 seconds)
