I’m back!

After going MIA for over 5 months, I’m back. Reloaded, with new information about fitness, nutrition & life. Along this time I started a Meal Prep Delivery Service company named Yummy Meal Preps, among other changes in my life. Thus I decided to focus on other aspects before coming back. Thank you for those who stayed, I’m very grateful and thankful for everyone listening to my words.

With only 20-30 minute a day training is doable. Resistance Training & 2-3 mile runs 2-3 times a day. Cycling ir walking the other 2-3 days is enough to complete a half marathon.
ABS are sexy, I get it. It takes a lot of discipline, consistency, patience, a good workout & nutrition plan to get there. Sacrificies are a must for some objectives and people. Genetics definitely play a role on this, although doesn’t define the outcome. The end result is up to you to show up every day with your chin up willing to put the work.
