This is the final installment in the 4 part episode in which we have been exploring the concept of Avidya- or incorrect comprehension and belief that we are not of the divine source. Previously, dvesa, raga and asmita have been discussed which are also manifestations of Avidya. Today’s episode explores the manifestation of Abhinivesa or Fear and how we can recognize it in our lives and ways to cultivate a higher state of being.
Today’s episode explores the kleisha known as Asmita which stems from ego and manifests as demands and expectations of others. As we continue on our spiritual development there can arise within us a need to demand of others and of our external world to change to fit our new found awakening to our true nature. This can act as hindrance to deepening our connection to the present moment and the blessings every situation provides.
Today we explore the second kleisha known as Ego- which manifests in the form of attachments. By examining the why if our attachments we can begin the process of letting go of energy that does not flow from abundance but from the false belief that we are lacking something.
