This meditation was channeled with the intention for relief from severe headaches. It includes many tools I have channel over the years form Spirit, that has helped me relive many of my migraines. I have had severe headaches most of my life. I used to just take pain relief at the first signs, but as I got further into my spiritual journey, I understood why it was there. I found natural remedies and processes that eased this pain and brought me back to balance. I don't often get them anymore, but when I do... this is the meditation I do. You are in control of your own frequency. You are in control of what comes into your awareness and in contact with your physical body. You are the master of your reality, either consciously or unconsciously. YOU ARE THE CREATOR. Use this tool as you are guided to. Let the ocean cleanse your body as it releases what no longer serves you. Let the waves relax you body and carry you out to meet a dolphin guide that has a message for you. Enjoy the sound of crashing waves throughout this meditation, I recorded this on the beach as the sun was setting. It was so magical to meditate as the sun goes down and transforms from light to dark. This beautiful setting inspired much of the content of this meditation. 5 Minute Meditation For Grounding & Energy Protection. Sometimes 5 minutes is all you can spare in a day to meditate. If you only have 5 minutes, a grounding meditation is a great one to do. It’s so important now more than ever, that we are ground to Mother Earth and stay embodied in our own energy. This is a great meditation to do in the morning before you start the day and last thing at night. This meditation is part of my daily light practice. Try it for 21 days and see how you feel… it takes 21 days to create a habit. This micro meditation is less than one minute but will ground you into the present moment. You can do this visualisation multiple times a day, whenever you feel the need to ground and get back to your centre. Being grounded and fully embodied in our physical body is so important for ourselves and the Earth right now. We need all of our light and essence within our physical body, so it can be anchored on Earth. The more light we can hold in our body's... the more light that shines and anchors on the Earth. The more light that we anchor on Earth, the more shadow/darkness we can alchemize… the higher the frequency we can create… the closer we get to ascending to a higher vibration - The New Earth. When you are fully present in your body consistently, you are able to embody and face a lot of feelings you may have been hiding from. It easier to just check out from your body to avoid it. It allows great healing and growth. I enables your body to feel your shadow… suppressed emotions fully, so you can face them and shift through them. When you work on yourself, your own shadow, the healing that come from you, ripples out into the world. Everything is energy, and if the energy that you embody is that of healing, presence and grounding... this vibration ripples out and reaches way more than just you.
