This micro meditation is less than one minute but will ground you into the present moment. You can do this visualisation multiple times a day, whenever you feel the need to ground and get back to your centre.


Being grounded and fully embodied in our physical body is so important for ourselves and the Earth right now. We need all of our light and essence within our physical body, so it can be anchored on Earth. The more light we can hold in our body's... the more light that shines and anchors on the Earth. The more light that we anchor on Earth, the more shadow/darkness we can alchemize… the higher the frequency we can create… the closer we get to ascending to a higher vibration - The New Earth.



When you are fully present in your body consistently, you are able to embody and face a lot of feelings you may have been hiding from. It easier to just check out from your body to avoid it. It allows great healing and growth. I enables your body to feel your shadow… suppressed emotions fully, so you can face them and shift through them. When you work on yourself, your own shadow, the healing that come from you, ripples out into the world. Everything is energy, and if the energy that you embody is that of healing, presence and grounding... this vibration ripples out and reaches way more than just you.
