This meditation was channeled with the intention for relief from severe headaches. It includes many tools I have channel over the years form Spirit, that has helped me relive many of my migraines. I have had severe headaches most of my life. I used to just take pain relief at the first signs, but as I got further into my spiritual journey, I understood why it was there. I found natural remedies and processes that eased this pain and brought me back to balance. I don't often get them anymore, but when I do... this is the meditation I do. It contains calming breathing, relaxation techniques and visualisations for release.
