You are in control of your own frequency. You are in control of what comes into your awareness and in contact with your physical body. You are the master of your reality, either consciously or unconsciously. YOU ARE THE CREATOR.

Use this tool as you are guided to. I use this visualisation often, especially when going into spaces with large crowds or lots of dense, chaotic energy. A great visualisation before you go to sleep, especially for Lightworkers that might get 'visitors' in the night (you know who you are!).
