我是洪仰澤,一名骨科物理治療師,平常會讀很多跟運動治療有關的論文。
但老實說,這些內容其實有夠硬。所以我做了這個節目,單純把我平常論文摘要後的內容,用notebooklm生成講給你聽。
不是專業演講,也不是紙上談兵。
只是你可以在搭車、熱身、拉筋的時候,順便更新一下你的「身體使用說明書」。

📖 本節目內容多半來自我用 ChatGPT 與 NotebookLM 幫我整理的文字筆記。
🎯 我的目標是:用一篇篇論文,解開你健身與疼痛中的所有疑惑。
