This episode is part of a new series breaking down experiential and bottom up modalities that are helpful for those with CPTSD. In todays episode I interview Marley Cote, a LMFT therapist in California who specializes in complex trauma and uses a modality called the Comprehensive Resource model.  Kinas linktree: https://linktr.ee/cptsdtherapist Marley Cote is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#136752) in California, who specializes in trauma. As an emotionally-focused, attachment-based, and trauma-informed therapist, Marley utilizes two modalities to guide clients towards repair, reconnection, and inner healing. The Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) is an approach that focuses on reconnecting clients with their innate internal resources to help them overcome the obstacles caused by trauma. Using a variety of techniques, including imagery, breath work, and body awareness, CRM helps clients access and utilize their internal resources to facilitate healing.
