One topic I would love to hear if possible in the future is about the impact health watch monitors have brought to our daily life (I turn a bit paranoid with looking at my heart rate when exercise- sometimes overexercising when monitor goes inaccurate)

Love these! They have been great! Loved hearing your views on training vs rest days and how we need them. Also you are changing what is healthy and what we should thrive too. I don't even give magazines the time of day when they advertise crash diets or pills! Strong is healthy not skinny! Food is life not something to fear! X
