#77 - Food Noise & How To Quiet It

Can you relate: You're constantly thinking about what you're going to eat, how much, at what time, whether or not it's the "right" thing, too much, how it's going to impact your weight. You're always doing math in your head about how many calories, carbs, protein, etc. is in your food. You feel bad if you eat "junk food" and immediately go to work planning how you'll get back "on track" The list of food noise experiences goes on. But these are a few of the most common. Food noise is no stranger in my life, and it's taken me time and lots of intention to quiet it, but I want you to know that it is possible to not have food run the show. In the episode, we chat about: What food noise is Why we experience it How diets & weight loss make it worse 3 tools to help you quiet it (plus one bonus) Also mentioned in the episode: Kelly's episode Leslie's episode Intuitive Eating Study Ready to take your journey to the next level and finally put that food noise to rest? You can apply for coaching here! #72 - Your Body is NOT a Measure of Your Success with Sherri Wright-Schwietz

Sherri Wright-Schwietz - my new (self-proclaimed) bestie joins me on today's episode! Sherri is a 51 year old Calgarian, a VP for ATP wealth, a mama, lover of humans and fellow diet culture rebel.
