Action Step: Stabilize. Do something this week to consciously stabilize your emotions -- therapy, meditation, journaling, a long walk with your thoughts. Do something to curate emotional support and grounding.

Journal Prompt: What does commitment mean to you? What is worth committing to in your opinion?
Action Step: Create a list of the top 10 things that you are committed to cultivating in your life right now. It can be anything from confidence to something specific like purchasing a home. Put this list somewhere where you will see it regularly and be reminded of what you are committed to.
Really get curious about your emotions and reactions this week, allow your higher self to really observe your actions. Trust your intuition over your survival brain.

1. You Within Yourself - 6 of Wands
Journal Prompts: Where do you feel celebrated and acknowledged for your work and presence? Can you spend more time this week in those circles?
Action Step: Grab a piece of paper (or a journal or a note on your phone) and make a list of all that you have accomplished and/or are proud of over the past three years. They can be as big or small as you want. Feel free to get creative with this project and make it something that you like looking at -- I would encourage you to then put it up at your desk, or set it as your phone screen saver -- put it somewhere you will see it every day.
2. You Within The World - 10 of Cups Rx
Journal Prompts: What does happily ever after look like to you? What specifically is the fairy tale ending to your story?
Action Steps: Grab a blank sheet of paper and fill it with all of the big decisions you have made in life (they can be truly big decisions or things that just felt big at the time -- anything that feels like a significant shift to you). Then once the paper is full, you will go back over with a highlighter, or a different color marker and circle all the choices that truly lead to a happy/fulfilling/joyful change in your life. When you are done look at the paper -- what is the ratio?
3. Where The Universe Is Asking You To Level Up - 9 of Wands
Journal Prompts: Do you tend to burn out just before reaching the finish line? Do you find you want to quit the most when there is only one step left? Why is that?
Action Steps: Give yourself a genuine break. Pick one 2 hour window this week to block out “white space” in your calendar. During those two hours, do whatever your body and mind needs to rest and recharge - nap, meditate, journal, take a bath, etc. Then you can get right back to hustling.

Journal Prompts: Take a step back and look at how far you have come. How has your life and/or goals grown and changed over the past year?
Action Steps: Really focus in on your top goals this week. What is the one most important thing you could do to nourish them right now? Before the week is over do your best to do whatever action you come up with to help further your goals.

1. You Within Yourself - Seven of Pent. Rx
Journal Prompts: What situations in your life currently haventt lived up to your expectations? Why do you think that is? Have you given it enough time and attention?
Actions: Create a Motivator/Expectations page for your top goals. Divide a piece of paper into three sections. In the left column write “Motivator” in the middle column write “Goal” and in the right column write “Expectation”. Write your current top goals/things you are trying to manifest down the center column. Use the exercise from last week to trace back and find the specific motivator for that goal. Then focus on the specific expectation that you have for how you will feel once that goal is achieved, or what it will add to your life.
2. You Within The World - Six of Swords
Journal Prompts: What beliefs, people, things, etc. in your life are no longer aligned with who you are and what you want? What is it time to move away from?
Actions: On the top of a blank sheet of paper write “I am making room for…” Set a timer for 6 minutes and fill the paper with all of the feelings, experiences, and things that you are calling into your life at the moment. The things you are walking away from in life right now are creating the space for all of these new and wonderful things to come into your life. If you can focus on what you are creating space for, you will be able to walk away from things that no longer serve you with more intention.
3. Where The Universe Is Asking You To Level Up - Four of Cups
Journal Prompts: What have you said no to recently? What would have happened if you had said yes? Did you say no because you were waiting for something better to show up? Was it worth saying no?
Actions: Take a walk around your neighborhood. I would challenge you to leave your phone at home, or at the least don’t put earbuds in and listen to music. Create space to be fully present on this walk and do your best to remove all external distractions. While on this walk, look up, look around you, smell flowers, focus on trying to notice one new detail each minute. Encourage openness in all of your senses as you take in the space around you.
4. The Key To Unlocking This Week - Knight of Pentacles Rx
Journal Prompts: Do you consider yourself a patient person? What situations is patience easier for you? How about more difficult? How do you react when a project or person doesn’t live up to your expectations? Do you tend to expect more from people than they can give?
Actions: Grounded vision board. Create a specific and grounded vision board for your life three to five months from now. Focus on the little specific things that you want to shift, include images of things you know you will be working on/doing 3-5 months from now. Ground this board in reality but really imagine all of the wonderful ways you could change your life in 3-5 months. This isn’t a manifestation wish list, but rather a visual interpretation of all of the goals you want to achieve in the next few months.

Journal Prompts: What stories are you telling yourself to keep yourself small? What excuses and reasons are you giving yourself to not start/push forwards/do the things you need and want to?
Activity: The Work with Byron Katie. Challenge those thoughts and beliefs. Pick the loudest one that is holding you back the most and take it through a round of the Work with Byron Katie. You can download the worksheet here.
2. You Within the World - 10 of Wands Rx
Journal Prompts: What has been slowing your goals down? Are you doing extra or unnecessary work? What feels heavy in your life right now? Where do you feel close to burnout?
Activity: This Full Moon in Capricorn (July 24th) release something that is weighing you down. Whether it is a belief, a bad habit, or something on your to-do list that you keep putting off. However you are called -- remove that thing from your plate. You can do a journal release about it, write it on a piece of paper and burn it while visualizing that thought/habit/thing detoxing from your life, or hand the thing on your to-do list off to someone else in your life. Make life lighter for yourself this week.
3. Where the Universe is Asking You to Level Up - The Magician Rx
Journal Prompts: What space are you trying to manifest from? Are your intentions for manifesting clear and direct? What is your motivation behind wanting to manifest the different goals in your life right now?
Activity: Create a list of the top 3-5 things that you are wanting to manifest into your life right now (or 3-5 goals that you are currently focused on). Next to each one write down WHY you are trying to manifest it. Get honest with yourself, really dive into why you are wanting that in your life right now. Then next to each ‘why’ write down a description of what that thing will feel like once it is a part of your life. How will your experience of life shift once you have achieved that goal? Get as descriptive and specific as possible.
4. The Key to Unlocking this Week - Page of Cups
Journal Prompts: Where are you at emotionally right now? Are there any feelings or emotions that have surprised you? Hold space for the feelings that are bubbling up this week and explore them with genuine curiosity instead of shutting anything down.
Activity: Connect with your inner child. Using your non-dominant hand allow your inner child (pick an age between 6-10) to write you a letter. First completing the sentence “I need…” and then “I want…” hold space for whatever your inner child needs to express and then respond as your current self using your dominant hand. Put your inner child at ease and let them know that you have their back. If you are able to -- find a photo of yourself at that age and use it as a touchstone this week to remind yourself to hold space for any emotions and impulses that come up.
This episode will be covering the next two weeks (it's something new that I'm trying so let me know if you like this better). Journal Prompt: What partnerships feel the most fulfilling in your life right now? Do you feel like it is an equal energy exchange? Who always makes you feel drained?
Action Step: Focus on being energetically generous and present in at least one partnership this week. Go out of your way and really make an effort to hold space for the other person.

Journal Prompt: Is there one negative or stressful part of your life that seems to always distract you from seeing the good? What are some of your favorite parts about your life in this moment?
Action Steps: You’ve come through a lot in this past week, it’s time to shake up your daily energy by focusing on what feels good. Each day this week, follow one impulse that isn’t planned, let your intuition lead you to what feels good. Whether its taking a bath instead of your usual shower, or waking up early to cook pancakes, or doing your make up in a new way -- allow yourself to follow one activity that will bring you a little more joy each day
3. Where the Universe is Asking You to Level Up: Ten of Swords Rx (Give Your Brain a Break)
Journal Prompt: What makes you feel energetically recharged? What does your body crave when you are exhausted or drained? When was the last time you felt refreshed?
Action Step: Do one thing each day this week to recharge -- actually write them into your schedule so that you don’t skip them. Whether its a nap, a facemask, a good cry, cooking a delicious meal, venting with friends -- every day this week do one thing that recharges your energy
4. The Key to Unlocking This Week: Emperor Rx (Be Careful of Overextending Yourself)
Journal Prompt: Where in your life have you overextended yourself? Are you trying to do too many things at once? Are there things on your plate right now that aren’t aligned with your highest and best self?
Action Steps: Release a bit of control. If there is something in your life that can be handed over to someone else -- hand it over. Find time this week to just let the day flow by, if you notice yourself trying to force control over something, take a deep breath and just release it. We are moving into eclipse season now, so we are all about to lose a lot of control -- this week is the perfect opportunity to relax into the feeling of having no control over the external.

Journal Prompts: Where in your life do you find it the hardest to give up control? In what parts of your life is it hard to receive?
Activity: Pick one small thing on your to-do list this week and ask someone else to either do it for you, or help you with it. Allow yourself to receive assistance and recognize that it frees up your energy to focus on the more important things in life. I challenge you to give up a little bit of control this week, let someone else carry the burden for a moment.

Journal Prompts: What do you miss the most about your childhood? What do you resent the most about your childhood? What things do you feel nostalgic about?
Activity: Check in with your inner child. Write them a letter sometime this week and ask them if there is something that they need right now to feel more safe, secure, and joyful. Allow them to respond by using your non-dominant hand to write back. Feel free to let the exercise move in whatever direction feels right, maybe its only a page, maybe its hours of writing back and forth. But connect to the inner child within you and see if there is something you can do to make them feel more seen and appreciated this week.

Journal Prompts: Are you prepared for all you have been wishing for to come true? If everything you are trying to manifest showed up tomorrow - are you ready to handle it? Or would you be overwhelmed?
Activity: Get organized. Use this week to simplify and streamline your life. Get yourself ready for some speed in your manifestation -- when things start going your way, you want to be prepared to handle it. Clean out the desktop of your computer, make plans to meal prep, really detail your schedule, knock out those items that have been sitting on your to-do list for months. Get them done now so that you won’t have to stress about them when your plans and goals start taking off.
4. Key to Unlocking this Week: Page of Wands
Journal Prompt: What are the top 10 things in your life right now that you are the most passionate about? Why?
Activity: Ground your passions and stick with it. This week set aside one hour each day (or 30 minutes if an hour is too hard) for uninterrupted creation time. Whether its scrapbooking, journaling, coloring in a coloring book, working on a creative project you already have in development, cooking a meal, whatever gets you excited -- connect with that feeling every day this week to ground yourself through this energy.

Activity: Create a future realities board. Pick either one, five, or ten years from now, and fill a blank piece of paper (or a new pinterest board) with the images of what your dream future reality is. Focus on the little things -- what jeans are you wearing, what flowers do you have in your home, how much money are you making a month, what do you cook for dinner. Get really specific about what a fulfilling life actually looks like to you - because maybe it’s not the big house and the fancy car that our society uses to define ‘success’.
3. Where the Universe is Asking You to Level Up: Queen of Wands
Journal Prompts: What lights a fire in your belly and gets you passionate to create? What books/movies/stories will always leave you feeling emotional and inspired? Why those stories in particular?
Activity: Follow the Fire. Spend this week creating something that gets you excited. It can be as big as starting that book you’ve been wanting to write or as small as cooking that meal you’ve been wanting to try. Connect to the creator within you and make something.
4. The Key to Unlocking this Week: King of Cups
Journal Prompts: What emotions are you the best at communicating? What emotions do you have a hard time communicating? What is one boundary that you have compromised recently? Why?
Activity: Clarity in Expression. Find a situation that brought up emotion that surprised you in the past month. Grab a blank piece of paper, set a timer for 7 minutes and free write about what happened and what emotions you started experiencing. When the timer goes off, flip the piece of paper over and boil all that you have written down into one clear sentence. If you could only say one concise sentence about the situation and your emotions - how clear, specific, and simple can you make it?

Journal Prompt: What are you excited to start and/or dive deeper into at the moment?
Action Step: Get Moving! Find at least 20 minutes every day this week to focus on getting your blood pumping -- in whatever way feels good to you. Running, yoga, cleaning the house, dancing in your living room, ect. Just spend some time getting some fresh blood circulating through your veins.

Journal Prompt: Where are you resisting help from others? Where are you resisting the idea of collaboration? Why is that?
Action Step: Reach out to someone you love and trust and get their take on something that you are working on at the moment. See if their insight opens any new doors or possibilities for you.

Journal Prompt: Where are you charging ahead without a clearly thought out and double checked plan?
Action Step: Morning Pages. Right after you wake up each morning this week, you are going to grab a journal or blank sheet of paper, and just stream of consciousness mind dump for ten minutes. Just get everything out of your head without judgements or editing. When you can get all of that out of your brain before starting your day, it helps you move on to the next task with far more clarity.
4. The Key to Unlocking This Week - Eight of Pentacles Rx
Journal Prompt: What mundane, every day tasks do you use to procrastinate? What work are you avoiding right now?
Action Step: Once you have identified the tasks that you always use to distract yourself from what really needs to be done - spend two hours on Monday completing all of those little tasks. Get them out of the way at the beginning of the week so you won’t be tempted to use them to distract yourself from the bigger work you know you need to do throughout the week.

Journal: When change interrupts your life, and things get chaotic out of nowhere -- what is the first thing to go? What do you sacrifice first?
Activity: Whatever it is that you sacrifice to make room for change (your daily walk, cooking a healthy meal, a reasonable bedtime, meditation, etc.), make an effort this week to do that activity, hold yourself to not sacrificing it this week. Allow yourself to keep time and space for the things in life that you know will make you feel better.

Journal: Whatever project feels the biggest in your life at the moment. Think back to when it was just an idea -- why did you want to do it in the first place? See if you can trace back to your initial intention, why is this project so important to you?
Activity: Connect. Reach out to loved ones that you feel nostalgic about and set aside some time to connect with them, and just hold space for each other.
Where The Universe Is Asking Us To Level Up: The Moon Rx
Journal: What parts of yourself are you refusing to see? What parts of yourself are you pretending don’t exist?
Activity: Indulge in something that makes you feel good without any judgment this week, just experience how your body feels when you allow it to follow its natural impulses.
Our Key To Unlocking This Week: Eight of Cups Rx
Journal: What do you know you need to leave behind right now, but you are struggling to walk away from?
Activity: Grab a blank sheet of paper and set a timer for 5 minutes. Fill the page with every single self-limiting belief that you have, anything that is holding you back from growing, succeeding, leveling up until the timer goes off. Once you have finished your page, destroy it in whatever way you feel called to (burn it, tear it to pieces, drown it, bury it, etc). Allow the self-limiting thoughts and beliefs to disappear with the paper - you don’t need those anymore.
Week of February 22-28
Action Cards - all of our action cards this week came up reversed, so there’s definitely an energy of us dragging our feet on certain tasks, it could also have something to do with us still chilling in the after-shadow of Mercury Retrograde. It’ll take a bit of an active energy shift to get things moving in our lives, but it will be so worth it once we do.
You Within Yourself: Page of Wands Rx
Journal Prompt - What project lights the fire of enthusiasm in your belly? Why are you so excited about it? What makes it special?
Activity - Make a list of the top 5 things you have been putting off that you know will help move this project forwards. Set a timer for 2 hours, put your phone on Do Not Disturb, and just get all of them done once and for all.
You And The World Around You: The Magician Rx
Journal Prompt - What is the genuine intention behind your actions? Do you know the genuine intentions of those around you? Even if you don’t mean to be, are you manipulating anyone in your life at the moment? Are you being manipulated by someone else in your life?

Where The Universe is Asking You To Level Up: Wheel of Fortune Rx
Journal Prompt - Where are you allowing the threat (or even the idea) of change to prevent you from starting?
Activity - Rip the Bandaid Off. What is the one thing in your life right now that you keep waiting until the “right time” to do? There will never be a “right time”, things are always going to be in flux in life, now is the best time for everything. Whatever it is--do it this week.
Key to Unlocking This Week: Page of Pentacles Rx
Journal Prompt - What do you daydream about the most? What do you always find yourself wishing for?
Activity - See if you can pinpoint what you are always asking the universe for. Write it down on a piece of paper, set a timer for 10 minutes, and write down every step you could take to get you closer to it. Then assign due dates to each of those steps. Start powering through them, make that daydream a realistic and achievable goal.

We are almost out of Mercury Retrograde (huzzah!), but before we get there we have to get through this week. Things to think about: don't rush things that aren't ready, be very careful with your words -- they can do more damage than you think, reassess and reorganize the parts of your life that are causing frustration, and be kind to yourself, the thoughts we have and the way we talk to ourselves can have a very strong impact on our mental state (surprise).

You Within Yourself: 7 of Cups Rx
Journal Prompt -- Where in your life are you looking for the easy way out? Where are you actively avoiding doing the work that needs to be done?
Activity -- Begin each morning with a minimum of 10 minutes of a grounding meditation. I highly recommend using Insight Timer. It doesn’t have to be the same meditation each day, but make sure each morning it is focused strongly on grounding.
You Within the External World: 6 of Pentacles
Journal Prompt -- What is a piece of advice you wish you had received one year ago? How about five years ago? Ten?
Activity -- Hold space for someone you care for. Pick someone in your life who you feel like may be having a hard time at the moment, reach out to them and set up a time to spend together (virtually is totally fine). And while you are with them, stay focused on just holding a safe space for them to exist in, if they need to get things off of their chest that’s great, if not, just create a space where they feel supported and held.

Journal Prompt -- What is an area of your life that could use more analyzing, organizing, and planning? What are you pushing out into the world before it is ready? Why do you feel the need to rush it?
Activity -- Pick one area of your life (it can be a physical space like your office or bedroom, or an intangible part of your life -- a friendship, your spirituality, your career goals, etc.) and give it a full make over. Approach it from the outside as if it is not something of yours and analyze it. How could it be healthier? More efficient? More organized? Whatever you choose, spend a little time each day this week revamping it.

Activity -- 1 day this week shake up the structure of your usual routine. Try going through the day acting on impulses from your higher self instead of just following the structure you are used to. See where that inner guidance leads you -- do you need more rest? Is there a project you are drawn to that you have been putting on the backburner? Is your body craving exercise and vegetables? Let your intuition guide you through the day as much as possible.

Hello lovely humans, I’m Kodi -- creator of The Archer Tarot and host of The Archer Tarot Podcast. The types of readings that I do are a blend of a traditional tarot reading and action-oriented goal coaching. I use tarot with my clients as a tool for self discovery to help guide them down the path that will lead them to fulfilling their goals. I’ve created the podcast as a free resource for those who do not want coaching on their own specific goals, but are still looking for weekly guidance.
Each week I will pull cards to break down the energy of what we will all be experiencing and walk you through how it might affect your day to day life and goals over the next seven days. Then i’ll pull what I call “action cards” and after talking through each suggested place to take action in your life, I’ll suggest a journal prompt (or five) and a specific exercise that you can do to move that area of your life forwards.

Below are the suggested journal prompts and action steps:
1. Us Within Ourselves: Judgement
Journal Prompt: Where in your life do you wish for a re-do or a second chance? Why didn’t it go right the first time?
Action Step: Grab a journal or a piece of paper, get still and really sink into your inner knowing. When you are ready write down 5 things that you did right over the past month. Then get honest with yourself and write down 5 things that you did wrong. Acknowledging how our past actions have affected our lives can help us to choose better in the future.
2. Us Within The World: Knight of Cups
Journal Prompt: What emotion do you have a healthy relationship with? What about an unhealthy relationship?
Action Step: Make sure someone you love knows that you love them. Call them, send them a text, write them a letter, the more creative you can get with this the better. But at one point this week tell someone important in your life that you love them -- and if no one comes to mind, or this feels too big, then write your future or past self a love letter.
3. Where We Are Being Asked to Level Up: 7 of Cups Rx
Journal Prompt: What belief do you have that is holding you back from success? Where or when did you adopt that belief?
Action Step: Identify one external thing in your life that you are using at the moment to distract yourself from work you know you need to do. Then do your best to remove it for a day (social media fast, no tv for a day, whatever it is for you--try living without it for 24 hours).
4. The Key to Unlocking This Week: 9 of Wands Rx
Journal Prompt: What is your relationship with rest? Are you good at it? Do you feel guilty for taking time for yourself?
Action Step: Give yourself grace. Each day this week, find one thing to actively forgive yourself for (having an extra cup of coffee, taking a nap, skipping a workout). Pick one page in a journal or start a note on your phone and keep track of the one thing each day that you are forgiving yourself for.
Week of February 1 - February 7
Happy first Mercury Retrograde of the year everyone! That energy will definitely be showing up this week, so slow things down and take extra care with what you say and do. Give yourself extra time to get places, triple check anything you are sending in a text or email, and try to remind your brain to be kind to you. Being a human is hard and we're all just doing our best.
The Action Cards
1. Us within ourselves - The Sun Rx
Similar to the 5 of Pent Rx, we are almost refusing to see the good that is currently in our lives, we are resisting stepping into the thing that could bring us joy
Journal Prompt: What does joy feel like in your body? When in life do you feel the most fulfilled?
Action: Set a timer for 5 minutes, and on a blank piece of paper write down everything that you can possibly think of that puts a smile on your face or that you know makes you happy. After the timer goes off, go back over the page with a different color pen and circle all of the things that have happened sometime in the past week. Then grab a third color and circle all of the things that you could easily incorporate into this week. Do your best to do some of those things this week, and when you do - stay present and aware of the feelings and sensations that show up.
2. Us in relation to the world around us - 6 of Pentacles
Generosity, sharing of resources, ideas, support, knowing that life is cyclical and always being open to help when you can, because the situation could be reversed at any moment.
Journal Prompt: How does it make you feel when someone is supporting you? Or expressing support for what you are working on? Do you have any blocks around receiving support and the generosity of others? If so - why do you think that is?
Action Step: Pick someone in your life who you know could use a little boost right now, maybe they’re struggling with a project, or a relationship, or just have seemed down lately. Don’t tell them you are doing this, but once a day try to make an effort to support them -- whether it's bringing them a meal, sending them a text to see how they’re doing, commenting on their social media posts, whatever feels right to you.
3. Where we are being asked to level up - 2 of cups
Partnership, the merging of two opposing forces, the balance of emotions, reconciliation, union, kindness, an even balance in a relationship
Journal Prompt: What is the healthiest relationship that exists in your life? What sets it apart from the others? Or if you have many - why are they similar?
Action Step: Pick one relationship in your life to actively work on this week. Could communication be clearer? Is there something that could be forgiven or remedied? Or could you just use more time together that is dedicated to just being together and catching up?
4. The Key to Unlocking this Week - The Hermit
Active alone time, meditation, reflection, journaling, taking long walks to be with your thoughts, deep dives into self-awareness and growth
Journal Prompt: What is your innermost truth? Who are you at the very core of your being?
Action Step: Learn something new about yourself this week, take a new personality test, Meyers-Briggs, Enneagram, Gretchen Rubin’s The Four Tendencies, Tony Robbins 6 Human Needs Test, Flow Profile at Flow Genome Project

Week of January 25-31
Overall the energy of this week is filled with feeling energized by setting intentions and goals, but then hitting blocks and giving up. Feeling like you can't start until you have that one thing, or not knowing where to start stopping you from starting at all. A big help this week will be learning how to balance your emotions with your plans and communication.
Journal Prompts:
1. Where can you see generational abundance in your life? Within yourself?
2. Where in your life is your stubbornness, or your resistance to change holding you back from growing? Is there someone in your life that you are holding a grudge against? Are you resisting forgiving yourself for something in your past?
3. Where in my life to I have difficultly expressing how I am feeling clearly?
4. Where in your life have you felt trapped or held back by rules, structure and tradition? Is there a way to shake that feeling by thinking outside of the box?
Action Steps:
1. This week - hold yourself to a weekly gratitude practice, it will help you start to become aware of the abundance living within you. Each morning right after you wake up think of 5 things you are genuinely grateful for in your life. Either thank the universe for them out loud, write them down, or just mentally acknowledge them. Then do the same when you get into bed just before going to sleep.
2. At least one time this week meditate on the idea of forgiveness (I recommend using Insight Timer). Find a time this week to clear out that space and give something (a failed project, an old friend, yourself) a second chance.
3. During the moments this week where you feel overcome by your emotions, grab a paper and pen and without any judgment just let words flow out of you. Set a timer for 4 minutes and just write out every feeling that comes to mind. Letting our emotions out in a constructive way -- like journaling, often makes it much easier to communicate them clearly to others, or it may just help you to find clarity on what it is you are feeling.
4. One time this week break from your own traditions and do something unconventional -- have breakfast for dinner, eat lunch outside, instead of watching tv one night -- put music on and have a dance party. Follow whatever impulse comes up and feels right to you.
