Journal Prompt: What in your life needs to be reevaluated right now? What isn’t working in your life? Why do you think that is?


Action Step: This full moon on the 23rd is a perfect time to release anything no longer working in your life. Whether it’s projects that are no longer aligned with your highest self, relationships or people that are unhealthy or pulling you down, or just expectations and beliefs that are limiting your growth. Spend some time this full moon letting all of that go




2.You Within the World : 9 of Wands

Journal Prompt: What parts of your life are worth the time and energy that you have to put in? What parts aren’t?


Action Step: Reconnect with your inner purpose. Action Step: Stabilize. Do something this week to consciously stabilize your emotions -- therapy, meditation, journaling, a long walk with your thoughts. Do something to curate emotional support and grounding.

Journal Prompt: What does commitment mean to you? What is worth committing to in your opinion?


Action Step:  Create a list of the top 10 things that you are committed to cultivating in your life right now. It can be anything from confidence to something specific like purchasing a home. Put this list somewhere where you will see it regularly and be reminded of what you are committed to.
