1. You Within Yourself - 6 of Wands
Journal Prompts: Where do you feel celebrated and acknowledged for your work and presence? Can you spend more time this week in those circles?
Action Step: Grab a piece of paper (or a journal or a note on your phone) and make a list of all that you have accomplished and/or are proud of over the past three years. They can be as big or small as you want. Feel free to get creative with this project and make it something that you like looking at -- I would encourage you to then put it up at your desk, or set it as your phone screen saver -- put it somewhere you will see it every day.
2. You Within The World - 10 of Cups Rx
Journal Prompts: What does happily ever after look like to you? What specifically is the fairy tale ending to your story?
Action Steps: Grab a blank sheet of paper and fill it with all of the big decisions you have made in life (they can be truly big decisions or things that just felt big at the time -- anything that feels like a significant shift to you). Then once the paper is full, you will go back over with a highlighter, or a different color marker and circle all the choices that truly lead to a happy/fulfilling/joyful change in your life. When you are done look at the paper -- what is the ratio?
3. Where The Universe Is Asking You To Level Up - 9 of Wands
Journal Prompts: Do you tend to burn out just before reaching the finish line? Do you find you want to quit the most when there is only one step left? Why is that?
Action Steps: Give yourself a genuine break. Pick one 2 hour window this week to block out “white space” in your calendar. During those two hours, do whatever your body and mind needs to rest and recharge - nap, meditate, journal, take a bath, etc. Then you can get right back to hustling.
4. The Key To Unlocking This Week - 7 of Pentacles
Journal Prompts: Take a step back and look at how far you have come. How has your life and/or goals grown and changed over the past year?
Action Steps: Really focus in on your top goals this week. What is the one most important thing you could do to nourish them right now? Before the week is over do your best to do whatever action you come up with to help further your goals.
