The Learn 2 Run System: Level 1

This podcast is designed exclusively for Learn 2 Run Club Members taking the Learn 2 Run 101: Mechanics course. It's purpose is to supplement the curriculum but not act as a stand alone resource. That being said, it is available for anyone (non-members). However, it will not be nearly as effective without entire curriculum. L2R Club Members: I hope you find this as a valuable resource to guide you through the daily skill acquisition sessions. Future L2R Club Members: Please feel free to listen to see if this is something you may be interested in. In TUSH we trust, M@

Tennis Ball Necklace Outdoor Auditory Experience

The purpose of this audio segment is to work on improving running efficiency. Running forward without jumping up is a learned skill. The tennis ball necklace (TBN) is a tool to help take the jump out of running. This audio and online course is free for everyone. You learn how to make a tennis ball necklace and then how to use it. I tried to include as many different learning styles to have the greatest impact. You can sign up for the online experience at l2rtbn.com . Hope you enjoy and find this valuable on your journey, Doc M@
