He currently serves as the sole employee and President at FarmEcon, LLC, where he is responsible for running every aspect of the business. In 2006, Dr. Elam was recognized by Poultry USA magazine as one of the top 20 poultry consultants in the United States. His experience throughout the agricultural and animal protein markets provides valuable insight into the future of the industry.
