Welcome to Episode 03 of Raise Your Woman - Come Back To You, a podcast created to support you in closing the gap between the woman you are and the woman you are becoming. On today's episode I'm delighted to be chatting with writer Jules Theis. Have you ever been through a traumatic experience? Perhaps you are going through one now? Jules and I talk all about how we often create a 'facade' of perfectionism to show that all is OK, in our struggle to be OK and how we can dismantle that wall and sit in our pain. As a writer, Jules supports mothers through their true stories of motherhood and processing their expectations versus their reality.
