Peter Duke (@DukeBravo) is a builder, designer, entrepreneur and well traveled soul who also happens to be a great friend and fellow cast member of mine on A&E’s ‘Zombie House Flipping’. He’s worked his way up the real estate investor ranks, having personally flipped almost 100 homes and learned many lessons on the way. Peter also took an early interest in design and has evolved into a thoughtful yet daring designer of modern homes.

I’m considering this episode 101 of ‘Connecting the dots of real estate investing’, which will run as a sub-series throughout the Keith Ori Podcast and, upon completion should provide a solid and well rounded primer for anyone interested in getting started as a residential real estate investor.
