I started assisting and protecting the rights of Florida’s citizens and residents long before becoming a lawyer.
While in law school I worked at the Department of Business and Professional Regulations that oversees and regulates businesses and licensees that interact with Florida’s consumers. I also had the pleasure of clerking in the Economic Crimes Division of the Florida Attorney General’s Office. At that office, we worked day in and day out to bring companies that had wronged Florida’s citizens, residents, and visitors in unlawful and deceptive manners. These opportunities continue to guide my practice today.
In legal practice, I have worked insurance and general liability defense, construction defects, contract disputes, and workers’ compensation issues. I have successfully defended hundreds of foreclosure actions, many through trial. I litigate small business and contract disputes and personal injury/workers’ compensation cases. I enjoy working closely with you, whether individuals, families, or small businesses, to reach the best possible outcome.
