We always hear the idea of “authentic leadership” but we often reflect on what it really means. That’s why in this solo episode I’m going to share my insights about being an authentic leader. Although there’s no single formula to be that kind of leader, there are still steps that you can take to be someone that people will follow and relate to. You don’t have to change yourself to be an authentic leader. In fact, you need to be yourself more than ever.
