wazzuuup, finally an episode on ADHD? after all this time? how fitting...

just a short one describing some standout childhood memories that I can now attribute to ADHD! hoping this helps dispel the idea that hyperactivity only presents as being "naughty" or "out if control." as someone raised as a girl, and as someone who also tends to follow rules as an autistic people pleaser, my hyperactive traits weren't recognised - even by my ADHD assessor, who only diagnosed me as primarily inattentive ://
