Description

t’s been said that we should never say never in our marriage and we should never use the word always, because, usually, they are unhelpful in navigating through issues or through conflict. But today, we are going to talk about things you should always do in your marriage or that you should never do in your marriage. This is a list from our Lists to Love By for Busy Husbands and Lists to Love By for Busy Wives books, and it talks about 7 Must Do’s and Don’ts for Your Marriage.

We’ve been to a number of weddings lately and at these weddings, you often hear about the Love Chapter. It’s found in the book of 1 Corinthians in the Bible. Chapter 13, verses 4-7 declare, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

This inspiring passage offers wise advice of what you must do for a meaningful, enriching marriage as well as things to avoid. We will look at 7 of them today.
