In this episode, David Grams defends the biblical principle that we are called to selflessness, especially in our marriages. Lust -- selfishness -- often makes its way into marriages through producing the belief, in us, that sex is a need of ours. To be sexually selfless, we must understand that sex is not a need, and that we should pursue intimacy for the sake of our marriage, not for the sake of our own gratification. We cannot fulfill our call to reflect Christ's love in our marriages, if we're occupied with the lust for our own personal comfort and satisfaction.
