One of the most commonly stretched muscles in yoga are the hamstrings.  However, the tightness we feel is often due to lack of strength.  Muscles need both strength and flexibility.  This beginner friendly class will focus on building strength as well as flexibility and balance.  Prop suggestions: 2 blocks.
