- To achieve your goal, you need to change your identity
- To change your identity, you need to pick up the habits of someone who already has that identity
- Once you have those habits for long enough, you will naturally feel the new identity
- Once you have this identity, the new habits about nutrition or anything else you picked up will become second nature
