Y’all know I love busting myths, and today I'm tackling some big ones! A lot of what I do is educating women on how our bodies work, especially for my baddies over 40. Our bodies are unique, not just smaller versions of men's bodies, so our training should reflect that!! Without proper training and nutrition, you might look bulky or puffier rather than lean and muscular, but you’re not going to leave the gym ripped to shreds (unless you want to be!).
