Description

This episode does a deep dive investigating the acute effects of resistance training (RT) and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on anti-cancer myokines and the suppression of breast cancer cell growth in survivors. The study randomly assigned 32 breast cancer survivors to either a single bout of RT or HIIT, collecting blood samples at baseline, immediately after exercise, and 30 minutes post-exercise.
