This meditation provides a full bodied chakra opening using all 7 of the crystal bowls.  

If you have listened to episodes 1 and 2, you will be familiar with these 7 crystal bowls and each of the energetic centres (chakras) they speak to.  This mediation uses all 7 crystal bowls to create a meditation that allows you to simply lull away into the melodic sounds of the bowls, giving you the opportunity to surrender into a restorative state where you can truly absorb and connect with the power of their vibrational resonance.
