Description

Continue building your mindfulness muscle in this meditation by focusing your awareness on the internal sounds within your body by connecting with your physical form.

Being a passive observer of your own body can help expand your awareness of how your body is responding in each moment throughout the day. Β Improved bodily awareness can help you recognise when your body is telling you something that your mind is not. Β Whole body awareness allows you to be connected with what's happening in your head, as well as down at your feet.

Connecting with your internal sounds allows you to become aware of your inner self, true nature and purpose, thereby re-establishing a connection with your true divine self allowing you to live a fuller, more purposeful life that is true to you.

Enjoy exploring your internal soundscape.
