In this episode, I am joined by Raleigh Taylor (@builtbyraleigh); a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, Crossfit athlete, and mother of two. Raleigh helps busy moms, professionals, and students get fit in under an hour a day through her online training programs and business called Built By Raleigh. She has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry; first as a young gymnast, then as a 4-year Division 1 athlete, a Crossfit gym owner, and now as an online fitness coach. 


She helps empower women not to be perfect, but to be consistent in their health and fitness journey to live happy, energetic, and balanced lives.
