On today’s episode of the Soul Connection Duo Podcast, we talk to the impressive Pam Moore about intuitive eating. Pam has a background in occupational therapy, but has since shifted her work into the realm of health and fitness freelance journalism, and she currently works as certified intuitive eating counselor. She is also a certified personal trainer, six-time marathoner, two-time Ironman finisher, and hosts her own podcast!


Pam shares her journey through healing her relationship with food, exercise, and her body, all while discovering intuitive eating. Her experience is inspiring to us and we hope this conversation with Pam is one that many of our listeners can relate to. We ask our burning questions on all things intuitive eating, while Pam also discusses other relative topics that many women face such as imposter syndrome, body image, and restrictive eating. We talk about today’s diet culture, which includes what may be considered as a diet vs. a lifestyle, and Pam shares some of the ways in which she works with her clients to create a sense of ease surrounding food intake and overall body image.
