In this special episode of Nourish Nervous System, I'm offering you a rejuvenating Yoga Nidra practice to help if you're feeling spread thin, burnt out, or depleted. 

Based on my own recent experiences with overbooking during the busy summer season, I'll share insights on recognizing and managing the spreading quality of Pitta Dosha.
