A conversation with CAHS President Julia Willson. - The Capital Area Humane Society has performed tremendous services for Mid Michigan's cat and dog owners. They provide what people need for caring for their pets including food, care products, etc and low cost medical procedures and medicines/shots that keep pet ownership affordable and populations under control. Listen Saturday at 9AM as Rick Preuss from Preuss Pets, Doctor Will Schultz, DVM (retired) and Lee Cohen discuss the recent happenings at CAHS with the President Julia Willson. You'll hear about the new location for the Spay and Neuter Clinic replacing the location on Cedar which has been incredibly successful since opening in 2011. You'll learn about how much additional space will be available and how much it will increase the amount of animals that can be seen and will lead to additional opportunities to expand care for animals. Julia will also talk about the fall fundraiser coming up and other types of things CAHS does to keep the animals cared for properly.
