AG Pam Bondi Called to Unseal Non-Disclosure Application Justifying Secretive Biden-Era Spying on Sen. Marsha Blackburn, Republicans
Update: 2025-11-10
Description
Attorney General Pam Bondi on Monday was called by Republicans in the U.S. Senate, led by Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), to unseal the application for a non-disclosure order signed by U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg, the appointee of former President Barack Obama who authorized the subpoenas of Republican senators requested by former special counsel Jack Smith.
"We write today to urge you to use every tool at your disposal to uncover a key component of the weaponized, Biden-era Arctic Frost investigation that targeted ten United States Senators," wrote the senators. "As you know, the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) sought and ultimately obtained cell phone 'tolling data' from at least eleven members of Congress."
