Captivation Question: Will you go when God calls you?

Abram began a journey with God, leaving his home and going to a faraway land. But when he got there, there was a famine, and instead of trusting God, he went to Egypt. But God was with Abram, even when he took things into his own hands, changing Abram's name to Abraham–a father of many nations.

After fulfilling His promise to Abraham, God challenges Abraham, calling him to sacrifice his only son Isaac. Instead of saying no, Abraham doesn't argue, and he takes his son to a mountain to sacrifice him. What kind of faith did Abraham have to willingly go through with this? How can we have the same kind of faith that he had throughout his life?
