Age is just a number and our guest today proved that with an incredible performance in Nice at the Hyrox World Championships.
In this episode Amy talks to us about how she keeps so fit, juggles her training with being a Mum to 5 children and her background in endurance sport that has provided the perfect base for Hyrox racing.
