Andy caught our eye in London when he competed a Hyrox race in full Fire Fighter PPE! As if the race isn't hard enough imagine adding Firefighter trousers, jacket, helmet and breathing apparatus! Unreal!
Serving in the Royal Air Force, Andy talks about how he balances his Firefighter role with coaching and military life. He talks about pushing limits and new challenges for the 24/25 Hyrox season.
