We caught back up with Lhea after speaking to her on the podcast back in April with some of the Rox Queens. Since then Lhea has gone from strength to strength to build her profile in the Hybrid space as a champion for females in sport.
Lhea is so supportive, passionate and easy to chat to, she really is a great role model for females getting into the Hyrox racing scene.
