If you're in a situation where all you can do is obsess about what went wrong, this episode is for you. Building on the insights of one of my favorite authors, Dale Carnegie, I decided to record this episode incorporating his work with it. Whether you're facing a legitimate problem or if it feels like the end of the world because of that argument with your friend, I've recommended ways to work around the issue.
