Description
You can define priming as "conditioning your mind into the right state through deliberate actions". I've been experimenting with priming before workouts and every morning. Morning priming is a little deep and introspective, here's how it works:
1. Gratitude - 1 person, 1 incident and 1 resource
2. Focus on death - the big picture
3. Goals and WHY
4. Todo List
5. "What can I get excited about today?"
6. "What do I want to feel today?"
7. "Which weakness do I want to work on today?"
