Does the leadership capacity of the guy or girl in charge put a limit on how high or far an organization can go in their attempt to achieve success? Uh yeah!! Absolutely. The question we should ALL be asking ourselves, whether we are a volunteer, a team lead, or a pastor, is "What is MY leadership Quotient?" The answer to this question is where the growth of your church will end and where your need to grow as a leader begins. Let's do this.
