So just about every church has a vision statement or (what we call a strategy statement) somewhere on a wall. But why? Is it merely for decoration or does it really mean something? The rise and fall of your success as a church will come down to understanding and executing effectively the vision God has given the pastors and leaders of said church. Today we answer the question, "Why is a vision statement so important?" We're pastors Brad and Misti Helton. Let's get started.
